Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Carefully pack the item in its original box, ensuring all stakes, poles, and rainflies are included to avoid restocking fees.
Label and Ship
Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it back to our distribution center using your preferred trackable carrier.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
