What is your shipping policy for oversized items?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Due to the weight of our truck and SUV tents, we offer standard ground shipping across North America, with expedited options available at checkout for an additional fee.
Can I return a tent if it has been used?
We accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been set up outdoors or show signs of use cannot be returned for a full refund.
Are Napier tents waterproof?
Yes, all Napier tents are designed with high-quality water-resistant fabrics and feature taped seams and a built-in rainfly to ensure you stay dry during inclement weather.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
We stand by our quality with a one-year limited warranty against manufacturer defects. This covers poles, fabric, and zippers under normal usage conditions from the date of original purchase.
